Sara Ebener grew up in Miami Shores. She earned a Bachelor of Science in behavioral science with a background in elementary education from Barry University. Sara has worked in various schools and child care programs since 2002 and has been part of the Temple Beth Sholom community since 2010. She enjoys reading, being on the beach, and spending time with loved ones.
Bani holds an honor’s degree in psychology from her home country of India and lived for almost 10 years in Nairobi, Kenya, where she taught elementary school. She moved to Miami and was a parent in the Foundation School when she fell in love with the culture and energy of the community. (Her son, Rahul, is one of our pre-K graduates!). Bani moved to Allentown, Pennsylvania, where she was an early childhood educator, and came back to join our Foundation School as a staff member in 2008.
Roslyn is originally come from South Africa where she attended business college. She has been living in Miami for over 20 years. Roslyn feels blessed to be part of the program which is taking care of the adorable infants and toddlers. She is a proud mother of three and grandmother to five beautiful granddaughters.
Gülver Altinisik was born in Turkey. She is married and has two sons and one grandson. Part of our team at Temple Beth Sholom since 1996, Gülver has earned the Child Development Associate Credential and loves interacting with children.
Teresa was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil and moved to Florida in 2007. She graduated from the University of Santa Amaro in Brazil with a bachelor’s in education, visual communications and holds a master’s in educational therapy. Teresa became part our Foundation School staff shortly after she came to Florida for two years, and then returned briefly to Brazil. She then rejoined us in 2014. Teresa has two sons and two grandsons.
